Donald G. Marlow, 57, of Laurel, MD passed away on November 29, 2015 at Holy Cross Hospital after a valiant fight against cancer. Don was born on August 23, 1958 in Olney, MD to the late Donald M. Marlow and Mary Rita (Pohl) Marlow. He is survived by his beloved friend, Susan Coates, sister, Nancy Hooker, of Angel Fire, NM and brother, Michael Marlow of Frisco, TX as well as a niece, Melissa Grassmick of Glorieta, NM and a nephew, Alex Marlow of Frisco, TX, and numerous great nieces and nephews. He really loved the children.
Don graduated from Laurel High School in 1976 and was active with his class. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, Patuxent Council #2203, and a member of St Mary’s of the Mills Catholic Church. He loved to fish, be near the water, and he loved his Redskins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Knights of Columbus, Patuxent Council or the American Cancer Society in his memory.
