Elizabeth Eastham

Elizabeth M. Eastham, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Jamestown, KY.  Mrs. Eastham was born in Baltimore, MD on May 2, 1937 to the late Frederick Schmidt and the late Anna Catherine (nee Hinkleman) Schmidt. 

Elizabeth and her husband (the late) Don Eastham moved into their home in Maryland City in 1962 and were the original owners of the house.  Mr. & Mrs. Eastham moved from Maryland City to Kentucky in 1975, and moved back to Maryland City in 1985. 

Elizabeth worked as a receptionist for the dental practice of Dr. Eli and Jeff Chyatte.  She was a very active member of the Community United Methodist Church in Maryland City and the Maryland City Volunteer Fire Department Auxillary. 

Elizabeth is survived by three daughters Carol May Patterson of Laurel, MD, Cathy Sue Haga of Laurel, MD and Kimberly Arehart (and her husband Charlie) of Jamestown, KY.  She was the loving sister to Frederick Schmidt of Baltimore, MD and Richard Russell of Farmington, MO.  She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren; April, Donnie, Noah, Dillon and Katie and her great great granddaughter Jordan.

A visistation will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015 beginning at 9:30 AM at the Community United Methodist Church, 300 Brock Bridge Road, Laurel, MD 20724.  Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park in Dorsey, MD. 

If desired memorial donations may be made in her name to the Community United Methodsit Church at the address above.
