Gilbert Thomas Duck

Gilbert Thomas Duck, a lifelong resident of Laurel, passed away on June 25, 2017 in Columbia, MD.  He was 85.  He was born on June 14, 1932 to the late Percival H. and Margaret Duck.  He was a member of First Baptist Church of Savage.  He enjoyed playing golf, spending time in Myrtle Beach, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He retired after 25 years from GSA as a plumber and later as a planner and estimator. 

Gilbert was recently preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years Dolores Duck in April.  He was also preceded by his son Terry Duck, siblings Douglas Alfred Duck and Elsie Campbell.  He is survived by his loving son Bryan Duck; sister Louise Sanders; grandchildren Melissa Reneé Duck, Thomas Bryan Duck, and Bradley Eugene Duck; and great-granddaughter Rebecca Ann Marie Duck.
