Howard Daniel Wesley, Jr.

Howard Daniel Wesley, Jr, 86, of Brave, PA died Saturday, September 17, 2016 at his residence.

He was born January 2, 1930 in Washington, DC, a son of the late Howard Daniel Wesley and Mary Agnes Wood Wesley.

Mr. Wesley was a retired Master Scheduler for the United States Army. He was also a veteran having served in the National Guard.

Howard was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Blacksville, West Virginia.

Surviving are three sons, Howard Wesley, III of Brave, PA, William Hugh Wesley of Port St. I.ucie, Florida, and John Wesley of Oak Forest, PA; three daughters, Joanne Gump of Brave, PA, Sandy Dehuarte of Brave, PA, and Bobbie Davenport of Waynesburg, PA; two brothers, Mike Wesley of Mechanicsville, MD and Lawrence Wesley of Lewes, Delaware; three sisters, Rosemary Hanyok of Lewes, Delaware, Jerry Phillips of Maryland, and Linda Curran of Lewes, Delaware; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great- grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, James Wesley, and by his wife, Betty Lou Wesley who died February 3, 1991.

Friends may call at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, Maryland from 5-9 PM Tuesday, September 20, 2016. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 21, 2016 with Pastor Kevin Arkola officiating. Interment will follow in the Savage Cemetery.
