James William (Jimmy) List, Jr.

February 28, 1985 - July 19, 2016

Jimmy Jr. touched many hearts during his life. He is survived by his mother Lori DesJardin and stepfather Jim Phillips; father, Jim List, Sr. and stepmother Rosemary Calderalo; stepsister Emily Calderalo; his grandmothers Narbeth Thompson and Sharon Soaper; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Jimmy played baseball in his younger years. He learned many aspects of the home improvement business from his father and became very skilled over the years, known for being a hard worker.

One of his friends from the Shalom Mountain Retreat Center he attended described Jimmy this way: “His mighty heart was forever opened to himself and those of us who were privileged to know him.  His quiet and gentle nature was endearing to those of us who spent time with him.  He was fiercely committed to family and a wonderfully caring young man.  Despite the challenges that some choices in life can bring, Jim found a way to bring smiles and warmth to the hearts of those around him.  The impact of his loving presence lingers in many hearts.  May his soul now transition with ease.”
