Mary Frances (Russell) Johns, 82 of Laurel passed away August 15, 2015 at Harmony Hall Assisted Living Facility in Columbia. She was the loving wife of the late Josh T. Johns. She is survived by six granddaughters, one grandson, seven great-grandsons, and one great-granddaughter.
She was born November 26, 1932 in Olney, Maryland, daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude Russell. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church in Laurel and a member of the Laurel Senior Friendship Club. She was also a faithful member of The Women of the Moose, Laurel Chapter 1327 and became an accomplished member of the College of Regents.
A memorial service will held at Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. in Laurel on Thursday, August 20, 2015. She will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.
