George R. Johnson Jr., 67 of Laurel, MD passed away November 8th, 2019
He was born in 1951 to George R. Johnson Sr. and Anna V. Johnson in Beaufort, NC.
He retired from the United States Air Force in 1990 after 20 years of service and most recently worked in security for Northrop Grumman under NSA. During his time in the Air Force he traveled across the country and the world. He walked on the lands of Turkey, Greece, England, Egypt, and Guam. And on one of these stops he met and fell for the love of his life Agustina Palacios in Laredo Texas which would quickly turn into his wife for 46 wonderful years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his three grandchildren. He also spent a lot of his time listening to music, rooting for the Carolina Panthers, cooking way too much food for everyone, and just relaxing on his deck, better known as “The Situation Room” all while holding a red solo cup.
He is survived by his wife Agustina Johnson, sons Barry Johnson and William Johnson, daughter-in-law Beth Johnson and Latisha Johnson, and grandchildren Juliana Johnson, Xavier Johnson and Bryce Johnson.
