Dear Karen and Joe, I am so sorry for this belated condolence for I just recently heard about the passing of your Dad. Please accept my deepest sympathy to your family for your loss. I rememember talking to your Father many times when I was growing up in Sunnyside, visiting your house, riding my bike, and sleigh riding down the hill on Palco Pl. He was a very nice man who I respected very much. If only we could turn back time to experience all these things again. I have fond memories of you Pop which will never fade.
