Michael Anthony Trott was born to Edward L. Trott and the late Wilma F.G. Trott in Hamilton Parish, Bermuda. Michael's family migrated to St. Alban's New York, May 1957. Michael was a 1974 graduate of August Martin High School, and soon after enlisted in the U.S Air Force where he worked as a Firefighter/EMT Medic.
After the Air Force, Michael continued his College education at the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida, where he graduated with a dual degree in Avaition Management and Flight Technology. Michael received certifications as a Commercial Multi- Engine Instrument Instructor, Pilot Trainer and later worked for Braniff Airlines.
Michael settled in Washington DC where he held several positions working as a consultant/Analyst for the Federal Government, and held a Top Secret/SCI clearance. In addition to his Professional career as a C41 operator/ Engineer, and Information Assurance Manager, he was a devoted father, Captain and Sport Yacht owner, loved to ride his motorcycle, Avid dog lover and enjoyed traveling with friends.
Michael is survived by his son Captain Marcel A. Trott (Victoria), Lakia A. Richardson, Chantal M. Mitchell; his father Edward L. Trott (Naida), sisters Maria Trott, Michelle A. Trott-Edwards, Brother Mark Trott (Lillian). He is also survived by his Bermuda family, including 3 aunts, Elizabeth Isaac, Marilyn Bailey, Dr. Bradlyn DeShields, one uncle Raymond Deshields. Michael leaves to mourn his best friend Joe Davis, a host of nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and nephews, cousins, Godchildren, friends, neighbors, and associates.
Michael's Montra was "This is how it should be done". Michael's last words, "Pleasetake care of each other, be humane, and be of righteousness .... with all my love, Michael."
