Elder Noeim Fuller was born November 16, 1954 in Wilson, Arkansas. She was the 8th of 9 children born to Johnny G. Boyd and Terry (Leola) Boyd. She relocated to Bloomington, Indiana in 1968 and completed her education. She worked a variety of positions, including a line worker at General Electric. She began attending The Upper Room Church in 1974 where she began her kingdom work. She became an ordained elder in March 2003, under the leadership of Apostle of Lee Harris and the Word of Impact Ministries in Memphis, TN. She relocated to Columbia, MD in 2014 and began attending Cross Creek Apostolic Church, led by Pastor John Overton. She departed this life on Sunday 28, January 2018.
She leaves behind two daughters: Sunsearay Thomas, Gabrielle Knox (Darrell), five grandchildren: Sacovia Gary, Macaria Knox, Oniata Thomas, Mahalia, and Riley Knox. Plus, her adopted children: Tony Franklin and Karen Hill.
Her siblings were: Johnny (deceased), Mary E. Branch, Calvin L. Boyd, Emma J. Billings (Willie, Sr.), Virginia Cowden (deceased), Ruby J. Boyd, Maxine Boyd, and Flora Thomas.
She also leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, saints and friends.
Noeim was known for giving a kind word and her diligent church work. Whatever her hands would find to do, she would do it. She filled many different roles in the church, and has been quoted as saying, “Jesus is the best thing that ever happened to me.” She will be missed.
