Anna Mae (Grow) Yoxheimer

Anna Mae (nee Grow) Yoxheimer, a longtime resident of Allentown, passed away at the Montgomery General Hospital in Olney, MD on June 15, 2016. Mrs. Yoxheimer was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, where she sang in the choir, and the Boys Club of Allentown. Anna graduated from Lehighton High School and during World War II she worked as a drafts person at Vultee. She is survived by her children; Kathleen Lichtenauer and her husband John; and her son Kenneth Allen Yoxheimer and his wife Cynthia. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Anna was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Albert Yoxheimer, sister Arlene R. Steiner and brother Warren Grow. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 21 from 10:30 am until 11:00 am at the Christ Lutheran Church, 12570 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029, where services will be held beginning at 11 am. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at the Arlington Memorial Park, White Hall, PA beginning at 1 pm.
