Anthony "Tony" Boswell, Jr

Anthony Leo Boswell, Jr. passed away on December 28, 2015 at Howard County Hospital. Tony was the son of Lillian Davis and Anthony Leo Boswell, Sr. Born on September 4, 1938. Tony attended Sherwood High School and married Martha Clare Simons on October 31, 1959. She passed away on May 19, 2004. He was a member of the Statewide Sportsman Club, Dayton Rod and Gun and NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and loved spending time with his family and friends; especially his grandchildren. He leaves a legacy behind, including four sons, Doug, Tony, Alan and Michael; three daughters, Michelle, Annette and Lorraine; sister, Barbara and brother, Donald. Also surviving are seventeen loving grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and two sons, Daryl and Sam.
Funeral services will be held Monday January 4, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. Chapel. Visitation will be held Sunday January 3, 2016 from 2:00 until 6:00 at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Columbia Memorial Park.
