Barbara Ann Rowalt

Barbara Ann Rowalt, 77, died on June 22, 2012 at Gilchrist Hospice in Columbia. She was born on January 24, 1935 in Takoma Park, MD to the late Elvery and Mary Berg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years Russ and sister Mary Walter. She is survived by two daughters Katherine Amelia Cabral and Cynthia Ann Emerald; two grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and brothers John, Thomas, James, and Robert Berg. Barbara enjoyed gardening. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 10:30 am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 2815 Jessup Road, Jessup, MD 20794. Burial will follow at George Washington Cemetery in Adephi.
