Bernard Lloyd Troxell

The following obituary was lovingly submitted by the family of Bernard L. Troxell

Bernard Troxell of Laurel, passed away October 4, 2022 at his home, with his wife LaVerna by his side.  Born in 1933, he was the son of George Russell Troxell and Mabel Grace Troxell. He is survived by his wife and eight children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, also one sister and one brother. Bernard was an amazing husband, father and was a dear friend to so many, known as Bernie to all who knew and loved him.  He worked hard to provide for his family and had an unbeatable and unwavering work ethic on the job and in every aspect of his life.  He never turned away anyone asking for his helping hand or his wisdom.  He was loved greatly and admired by so many.  The greatest love however, being just days shy of celebrating sixty six years of marriage on October 20th, was and always will be that of his wife LaVerna Mae Troxell.
