Betty Conrad Johnson

Betty Conrad Johnson (Watkins) Age 89, of Laurel, Md. died January 21, 2018 after a long illness. She was born to Ordie and Agnes Conrad on December 30, 1928, in Pickens, W.V. She is predeceased by her son, Michael Watkins and five Brothers and Sisters. She is survived by her daughter Janet (Paul) Russillo, her son, Stephen Watkins (Jane), 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Monna Markley of Waldorf, Md. and a brother William Conrad of Mill Creek, W.V. and a host of other relatives.
She was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church of Laurel as well as the church's bookkeeper for many years.
She loved to travel and often volunteered at Elizabeth House of Laurel.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 4, 2018 at 1:00 PM followed by a memorial service at the Donaldson's Funeral Home, 313 Talbot Ave., Laurel, Md. Interment will be in Pickens, W.V. at a later date.
