Betty M. Mcguigan

Betty McGuigan, a longtime Laurel resident passed away on August 19, 2015. She was 86. She was born on March 4, 1929 to the late Christian J. and Elizabeth (Pape) Rollman in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Elmer L. Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre in 1947 and was a member of St. Mary of the Mills Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband William Thomas McGuigan; sons Mike and Bill McGuigan; siblings Ruth Jurish, Mary Lewis, Rose, Bernie, and Joe Rollman. She is survived by her daughter Patricia Kenney and her husband Larry and son Mark McGuigan; siblings Catherine Monroe, Helen, Charles, and Frank Rollman, Joan Hofmann, Claire Kotula, and Peg Thomas; grandchildren Kelly and Michael McGuigan, Matthew, Alex, and Lauren Kenney. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Susan Keith McGuigan and many beloved brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
