Billy A. Rolf

Billy A. Rolf, 84, of Highland, MD passed away Thursday, January 26, 2017.
He was born to Harmen Rolf and Virginia (Hershman) Rolf in Oakland, MD.
Billy was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Highland, MD. He loved to work with his hands, whether it was woodworking or fixing things. In truth, his favorite thing to eat was dessert, especially his wife Myrtle’s baking. More than anything else, he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by a son David Rolf of Kill Devil Hills, NC; daughter Cindy Bartos and husband Dennis of Gaithersburg, MD; five grandchildren, Emily, David, Lainey, Matt and Jake Bartos; his twin brother Bob Rolf; and three sisters Eileen Harvey, Jeanie Mihalko and Carolyn Kelley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jack Rolf.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, 12430 Scaggsville Road, Highland, MD.
A graveside service will follow in Columbia Memorial Park, 12005 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD.
