Carl Richard Hough

Carl Richard Hough of Landover Hills, MD, faded away on August 19th, 2017, surrounded by caregivers and loved ones at a private residence in Laurel, MD.  He was 72.  Preceded in death by father, Carl  and  mother, Connie.  He is survived by his son, Patrick Hackley-Hough, brother Tom Dolley, and family.  A Vietnam Veteran, devoted brother and father, and loyal friend, Carl was a caring, honest, and selfless man, who loved nature and dogs.  He retired from the General Services Administration in 2005, where he performed the duties of a Building Inspection Manager.
