Carl Albert Oliver, Jr.

Carl A. Oliver, Jr., age 67, passed away at his residence in Laurel, MD on Monday, January 25, 2016.  Carl was  born on June 6, 1948 to Rachael (nee Capone) Oliver and the late Carl Albert Oliver, Sr.

Carl was raised in Laurel and attended St. Mary’s School before transferring to DeMatha High School, graduating in 1966.  Carl worked for Giant Food as a receiver on the loading dock for over 30 years.  He retired from Giant about 5 years ago to care for his sick mother.

Carl is survived by his mother, Rachael Oliver and his brother John Oliver.  Carl was predeceased by his father, a sister Patricia Davis and a brother Richard Oliver.
