Carl O. Troutman, 63, of College Park passed away on March 17, 2013 at Laurel Regional Hospital. He was born on July 23, 1949 to the late Clarence and Jean Troutman. He graduated from High Point High School in 1967. He worked as an Auto Mechanic, Car Salesman, and Truck Driver. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Laurel, loved Nascar and travel.
He is survived by his brother Lee Troutman and close friends Laurie Becraft, Blake, Steve, Doug and Cyndi.
A memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
