Carolyn L. Davis

Carolyn L. Davis passed away December 30, 2015 at her home in Silver Spring.
Carolyn was born in Washington DC on August 4, 1943, the daughter of William Vogel and Doris Leebrick. She graduated from Sherwood High School class of 1961. She worked as secretary and treasurer for Davis and Davis Heating and Air Condition for 50 years. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and her pets, work crossword puzzles, read, tend to her flower gardens and travel with family.
She is survived by her husband, Berkeley; four grandchildren, Austin Hennessey, John Hennessey, Christine Clugston and Sierra Clugston; one brother, Wayne Trickett and his wife Joyce; one uncle, John Leebrick; two nieces, Diane Kooser and Tammy Watson; and one nephew, Brian Vogel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Sherri Lee Davis and two brothers William and Ernest Vogel.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. Chapel with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
