Clifton Noah Horton

Dr. Clifton Noah Horton, CFE, CGFM, CPA passed away in his daughter's home in Winchester, CA at the age of 76 on Sunday, April 21.

He is survived by his five children-Angela Burkard, Clif Horton, Andre' Horton, Anthony Horton and Michele Hines, six grandchildren-Michael, Grace, Lichele, Mason, Arabella, Amara and 4 siblings-James Ray Horton, Napoleon Horton, Dolores Phillips & Al Flowers. He will live forever in our hearts.

In death, he will be joining his beloved wife of 51 years Angela Dora Horton and his parents, Zelma & James Horton.

Clifton was decorated with 5 degrees - 2 undergraduates, 2 masters and a doctorate degree and spoke German fluently. He served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant in 1978. He was also employed with the United States Army Audit Agency for over thirty years, and retiring in 2011. He was a worldwide avid professional speaker - considered an expert in statistics, finance, accounting and fraud examination. In his spare time, he educated students at the University of Maryland University College, and was the Superintendent of the Sunday school program at Free Gospel Deliverance Temple.

Family and friends are invited for visitation on Friday evening, May 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707.

His home going service will also be held at the Donaldson Funeral Home in Laurel, Maryland on Saturday morning, May 11, beginning 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Maryland National Memorial Park, Laurel, Maryland.
