Concetta "Connie" R. (Santoro) Lewis

March 3, 1951 — July 20, 2022

Concetta “Connie” Rebecca Santoro Lewis age 71 of Laurel, MD passed away on 7/20/22 from

Pancreatic Cancer at the home she shared with her cousin Joe Bofrone. Joe became her caretaker and was at her side when she passed.

Connie is preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Williams (Billy) Lewis Sr, her parents Mary and Anthony Santoro Sr and her elder brother Anthony Santoro Jr.

Connie is survived by her daughter Kelly Carpenter, son Dean McDonald, two grandchildren Jimmy McDonald and Landon Carpenter, brother George S. Santoro, nephews George A. Santoro and Aaron Lovegrove, her Aunt Mary Celia and many cousins and great cousins.

Connie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family, cooking, shopping, listening to Country Music, NASCAR and playing Bingo, Connie also had a love for Penguins and Owls.

Connie was one of a kind, so loving and caring, a beautiful soul and a bright light in this world. You will be missed but never forgotten. Rest easy beautiful and until the next time. It’s never goodbye but always see you later!

A celebration of life will be held at Donaldson Funeral Homes P.A., 313 Talbot Avenue, Laurel MD on August 13, 2022, at 11 a.m.
