Daniel J. Gallagher

Daniel James Gallagher, 53, originally of Laurel, MD passed away on June 1, 2018 in Ventnor City New Jersey.  He was born in 1965 to Patrick and Eileen Gallagher.  After graduating from the University of Maryland College Park, he moved to New York City where he spent much of his adult life.  It was in New York where he pursued a career in business and finance.  He enjoyed boating, walking, biking, and being near the ocean.  Daniel is survived by his children, Brendan James and Brian Joseph.  He is also survived by his brothers, Patrick, Michael, Tim, Terry, Kevin, their families, and his mother, Eileen.  He was preceded in death by his father Patrick R. Gallagher, Jr. and brother Dennis Conal.  Visitation will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 8603 Contee Rd, Laurel, MD 20708 from 10-12pm.  A funeral mass will begin at 12pm.
