David Salinas
July 25, 1968 — June 14, 2017
On June 14, 2017, after a long courageous battle with cancer, David Salinas, 48 of Laurel, MD., formerly of Houston, TX., Son of Joe R. Salinas of Gulf Shores, AL. and Amanda S. Escobedo of Houston, TX., Step-son of Sue Salinas. Brother of R.J. Salinas and uncle of Victor A. Salinas both of South Korea.
David dedicated his life to protecting his beloved country, serving nine years in the United States Air Force attaining the rank of staff sergeant, later serving in various capacities with the National Security Agency.
A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 1:45p.m. in the Chapel of the Maryland Veterans Cemetery at Crownsville, 1080 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD. 21032.
