Deshawn M. Brown

Deshawn Mecco Brown (21), born on February 3, 1997, departed his earthly home and gained his wings on April 11, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandmother: Gussie Inez Tibbs; two great-uncles: Edward Bryant, and William Tibbs; two cousins: Destin Jackson, and Jeffrey Mickie.

Deshawn “Shawn” was loved and will be missed by many and he leaves to cherish his memory his loving, devoted, dedicated, amazing mother Latoyia R. Brown of Bowie MD; his father Laron M. West of Washington DC; four brothers: Marcel, Dymonte, Dasaun, and Donte West all the Washington DC; one sister: Danila West of Washington DC.; two grandparents: Evangelist Frances A. Brown of Charlottesville VA. formerly of Washington DC., and Dorothy West of Washington DC.; three aunts: Sandra Brock of Stanardsville VA., Jenique Jones of Louisa VA., and Tia West of Washington DC.; two uncles: Brian and Gerel West both of Washington DC.; three great-aunts: Gloria Early, Lisa Mickie, and Laverne Strother all of Ruckersville VA.; and a host of other cousins, family and friends.
