On Thursday, May 9, 2013, Donald Allan "Chuck" McCray passed away at his home in Laurel, Maryland. Chuck was born in Washington, DC on November 14, 1940 to the late Wilson Francis McCray and the late Jeannette (nee Graf) McCray.
Chuck is survived by his wife; Brandy McCray and his children; Laura McCray Mondonedo and her husband Matt, Sarah McCray-Maher and her husband Bobby, Donald McCray, II and his wife Sandy, Cynthia McCray and her wife Terry and Joseph McCray. Also survived by his nephew Lt. Col. Kevin McCray, U.S.M.C (Ret.) and his wife Jo , his niece Karen Rounsley and her husband Matt and his granddaughter Katie McCray. Chuck was also survived by his close family friends; the Staubs, Blankenships and Owens families. Chuck was preceded in death by his brother Wilson "Buck" McCray.
A visitation will be held at the Chapel of the Donaldson Funeral Home on Saturday, May 18, 2013 beginning at 12:00 PM and continuing until the time of the service at 2:00 PM.
