Donald P. Cole, 53, of Laurel, MD, passed away November 17, 2014 at John Hopkins Hospital. He was born April 30, 1961 in Greensburg, PA. The son of Donald and Magdalene (Honeychuck) Cole of Scottdale, PA. He received a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from The University of Pittsburgh (1983) and received his Masters in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University (2003). He was a graduate of Greensburg Salem High School (1979), where he was Number 62 on the football team. He was a Consultant at Jovian Concepts.

Donald was an avid hunter and Steelers Fan. His joy in life was being the best Father he could be to his sons and coaching soccer. He attended St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Laurel, MD. Donald is survived by his sons, Matthew, Steven and Michael and former wife, Theresa Marolda. He also leaves his mother, Jane (Richard) Clohessy, Louise (Robert) Wilhelm, and Eileen Moffa of Greensburg, PA, Emily (Peter) Daloni of Hermitage, PA, Barbara (Mark W.) Baker of Columbus, OH, and Mary Ellen Cole of Paso Robles, CA. He is also survived by his brother and best friend, David P. (Karen) Cole of Greensburg, PA, as well as 20 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his hunting partners, Eddie Nowicki, Jim Cole and Christopher DeFlitch.
