Doris Mae Ostmann

Doris Mae Ostmann, 70, from Jessup, Maryland, passed away September 11, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in North Carolina. Born August 20, 1943 in Miami, West Virginia, Doris was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved to serve and care for others. In addition to raising her family, she volunteered in the community and her church; and often opened her home to those in need. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Oliver Eugene (Gene) Ostmann of Laurel Maryland.
Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law Darrin and Olga Ostmann and Floyd and Marianne Ostmann; daughters and son-in-law Patricia and Wally Hek and Gelia Ostmann; granddaughters Genevieve, Alexandra, Olivia, Ksenia, Evdokia, Nadya, Anastasia, and Sophia Ostmann; grandsons Garrett Alford and Michael Ostmann-Lane.
Visitation will be held at Donaldson Funeral Home Chapel in Laurel, Friday September 20, from 7-9pm, Graveside service will be held Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 2pm at St. Mary of the Mill Cemetery with food and fellowship to follow at Jessup Baptist Church.
