Dorothy Ann Anderson

Dorothy Ann Anderson (Dottie) passed away suddenly on 3/26/17 at her home in West Laurel where she resided for 50 years. For most of her adult years, she was a homemaker, content to take care of her children and grandchildren.
Dorothy's youth was spent on Backus Mountain in West Virginia where she lived with her parents. She was born on 3/6/1935, the 11th of 15 children.
Dorothy raised four children, Joe Pyles, Mark Pyles, Darlene Wade, and Ricky Pyles. She was also blessed with 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren who all survive her.
She is also survived by her husband Franklin Lee Anderson and his daughter, Leslie Anderson-Yacuel.
