Duane Ashton Ross

Duane Ashton Ross, 28, passed away on May 5, 2014 in Des Moines, Iowa where he has resided for the past 2 years. He was born on August 13, 1985 to Duane and Lisa C. Ross in Takoma Park, MD. He graduated from Atholton High School in 2003. He attended Howard Community College for one and a half years. Duane enjoyed playing basketball with friends and playing the video game Madden NFL. He was an avid Redskins fan, and loved to travel.

In addition to his parents, Duane and Lisa C. Ross, Duane is survived by his loving sister Chelsea Ross, grandparents Claude T. Ross Sr., Joan E. Ross, Rosalie Brown, and Calvin Davis. He is also survived by his girlfriend of 2 years Michelle Goldman, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel Maryland 20707 beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until the service begins at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Burtonsville, Maryland.
