Durel Ruben Riggleman, Sr.

Durel Ruben Riggleman, Sr., a longtime resident of Laurel, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at his home. He was 81. He was born on October 11, 1935 in Virginia to the late Peter and Martha Riggleman. He was a member of First Assembly of God in Beltsville and enjoyed working on cars and doing carpentry in his spare time. He retired in 1997 from ManorCare Health as a Carpenter.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Alice M. Riggleman; loving children Mary Ann Lombardi and her husband Kirk, Durel Ruben Riggleman, Jr., and Sharon Marie Krafft; brother Donald Riggleman; cherished grandchildren Samantha Carrigan, Shayna Campbell, Jackie Cole, Amber Kizilkaya, Tiffany Riggleman, and Austin Lombardi; and great-grandchildren Kiersten Edwards, Kaydin Jacobs, and Madison Carrigan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at DONALDSON FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707 where funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
