On September 13, 2013, Dwight Stephen Scovitch "Ike" , husband to Deborah Scovitch, loving father of Richard Scovitch, beloved son Madeline Scovitch and the late Henry Paul Scovitch, dear brother of Paul Scovitch and his wife Charlene, Cheryl McCardle and her husband Van and the late Kay Stoner and Michael Scovitch.
Dwight was an avid fisherman and won many fishing tournaments. He also had a love and admiration for classic cars.
The family will receive friends at the Donaldson Funeral Home , 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, Md. 20707, on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Mary of the Mills Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 9:30 AM. Interment Maryland Veterans' Cemetery, Crownsville.
Memorial donations are requested in Ike's name to the Gilchrist Center for Hospice.
