Edith I. Packard

Edith I. Packard, a resident of Laurel, MD, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 at Laurel Regional Hospital in Laurel, MD. She was 83. Edith was born on August 26, 1929 in Northumberland County, VA and was the daughter of the late Addison Kent and Annie (Hall) Kent.
Edith is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Brown of Tulsa, OK; sister in law, Shirley Packard of Laurel, MD; nieces, Sharon Cecil of Gaithersburg and Robin MacPherson of Kennett Square, PA; nephew, Glenn Packard and wife Karen of Laurel, MD; two grandchildren, Brent and Jana Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Packard, son, Barney Packard, two brothers, Stanley and Clarence Kent and sister, Leila Smith.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
