Elsie Lynn Jackson (Fran, Sissy, Lisa) was truly one of a kind, and beloved by all who knew her. She lived an adventurous and blessed life and added something special to everyone whose life she touched. She was fearless, funny, spiritual, loyal and fierce.
She was born October 22, 1963 to Bessie and Randolph Jackson in Washington DC. On the morning of Monday February 20, 2023, Elsie entered into eternal peace at Georgetown University Hospital after a courageous battle with Aplastic Anemia.
Elsie attended Wilson High School in Washington DC, Georgetown University where she studied Business Administration and Prince George’s County Community College where she pursued her Associate’s degree of Applied Science in Business Administration. Her professional endeavors ranged from being a receptionist at Long and Foster Real Estate Headquarters to her position as a Senior Executive Assistant at the Alliance American Group. No matter what the position entailed, she received accolades as a consummate professional. She was also a longtime, faithful member of Reid Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church in Glenn Dale, Maryland.
Elsie had one the biggest hearts and most giving spirits you could ever encounter and when she was on your side she was with you 100 percent. She leaves behind Eunice Ennals (Sister), Calene Williams (Sister), Ronald Jackson (Brother) and a host of other relatives and friends.
