Everett Delano Burner

Everett Delano Burner, Sr., age 80, of Jessup, MD, died Sunday, December 1, 2013, at Laurel Regional Hospital in Laurel, MD. Mr. Burner was employed as a Agricultural Technician (Farmer) by the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center and later by Maple Lawn Farms in Fulton, MD.

He was the son of the late William Burner and the late Clara Burner

Everett is survived by his wife of 60 years, Helen Burner, his son Everett Delano Burner, Jr. (wife Linda) of Fayetteville, TN, his daughter Elaine Denise Downey (husband Mike) of Elkridge, MD and his sister Mary Zeager (husband David) of Pennsylvania. Everett was the grandfather to; the late Everett D. Burner, III, Rachel Baker of Texas, Stacey Pack of TN, Michelle Maddox of AL and Melissa Burner of MN, great grandfather of Abbe Spray, Andrew Clark, Jessica Clark, Dakotah Maddox and Ty Spray. Everett is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Funeral service will be at Donaldson Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 5, 2013. Interment will be at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
