Frances Lee Turner; passed away on April 22, 2015,she was the beloved wife of Turner Seibels; devoted mother of Todd (Elizabeth) Turner ; loving grandmother of Alexandra and Noah. Also survived by one sister, four brothers and predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Also survived by over thirty nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. 313 Talbott Avenue Laurel, Maryland 20707 on Thursday from 6 until 8 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am at the Bethany Community Church 15720 Riding Stable Road Laurel, Maryland 20707. Cremation services to follow will be private.
