Franck is survived by Claude-Dominique Y. Ackah, Ariana Mayolie Ackah, Noemie Yabah Ackah, Georges Ettingbo Ackah, Flore Christine Ekue Eliamon Ackah, Honorine Ackah, Delphine Eloe, Philippe Ackah, and Dominique Fabienne Ackah.
