Departed peacefully on September 1 at his home in Laurel, MD. Born September 12, 1929 in Washington, DC. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Frank is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Arline, their five children: Frank (Lisa), Tony, Denise (Paul) Friedman, Vicki (Troy) Constein, & Michael (Fawn), eight grandchildren, two great-granddaughters, & his sister Mary. Frank was predeceased by his parents, Antonino & Giovannina, sisters Frances, Rose, & Vivian. Donations may be made to Gilchrist Hospice.
