George Robert Spencer “Bob” of Beltsville, MD passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his wife and family on Sunday, August 21, 2016. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary T. (Baldwin) Spencer, loving children Rita L. Walker (Robert), Robert A. Spencer (Jenifer), and Susan M. Eash (Brian); cherished grandchildren Ashley and Eric Eash, and Brittany Walker. He is also survived by 3 step-grandsons.
