Hazel Irene Michel

Hazel Akers Michel died February 23, 2012 at the Brooke grove Nursing Home in Sandy Spring, Maryland. She was 93 years old.

Mrs. Michel was born on March 27, 1918 and lived in Savage and Columbia, Maryland for most of her life.

Mrs. Michel was trained as a printer and worked for many years at the Government Printing Office in Washington, DC.

Hazel is survived by her daughter Mary Ellen of Rockville.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 at the United Methodist Church of Savage, 9050 Baltimore Street, Savage, Maryland 20763 beginning at 1:00 PM.
