Ibbis N. Dominguez Montecino

Ibbis Noel Dominguez Montecino was born on August 26, 1988 in San Salvador, El Salvador and died on May 5, 2021 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of Jorge Dominguez (deceased) and Claribel Montecino, husband of Ana Maria Vasquez and father of Paolo Dominguez and Grace Dominguez. He is also survived by his brother Ariel Dominguez and sister Katherine Dominguez.

Ibbis graduated with a Business Administration Degree from Andres Bello University and an additional degree from Howard community College. He held a management position for the All State Insurance company.

He was a loving husband, father, son and brother and loved to spend time with his family and was concerned with everyone's well being. He was very charismatic loved to make people laugh.

Visiting at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel on Friday, May 7 from 10:30 until 12:30 PM. A graveside service will be held at Maryland National Memorial Park at 1:00 PM.     PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGES
