Irene M. Scovitch
April 8, 1924 — March 23, 2018
Irene Scovitch (93) formerly of Laurel, MD & Venice, Florida passed away peacefully, March 23, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Scovitch.
She is survived by their children: Maria (Joseph) Camelio, Joseph M. Scovitch, Christopher (Eileen) Scovitch, Anthony (Tami) Scovitch & many Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
Irene was born in England. She came to the USA and lived many happy years. Irene was dedicated to her Family and Church.
She was widowed in 1981 and later moved to Florida. She loved ballroom dancing & belonged to several studios. Irene won many competitions and trophies.
Irene always said “she danced her way through World War II.” Dance on mother, dance on!
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mary of the Mills, in Laurel, Md.
