James Kent Rustin, Jr passed away on March 14, 2015 at Laurel Regional Hospital from a severe heart attack. He was 65. He was born on November 10, 1949 in Oraville now Mechanicsville, Maryland. A memorial service and reception will be held at the American Legion Post #60.
