Janet Lee Mundey
May 10, 1964 — March 6, 2015
Janet Lee Mundey (Vartanian) 50, devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, Grandmother/ YaYa, and Aunt, passed away peacefully ather home on Friday, March 6,2015. She is survived by her husband, Roy H. Mundey II and her four children Tony and Christina Daughtry, Andrea and William Mundey; her three step children Roy H. III,Chris, and Brandon Mundey; her beloved grandchildren Christopher, Emily, Zakk, Brayden, Damian, Aynsley, Vivien, and Parker. She is also survived by her sister, Maria Greenway-Meehan as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will miss her greatly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Stella Vartanian.
Janet followed in her father's footsteps as an employee of the Maryland Jockey Club since 1994. Her passing is a great loss to her family, and all who knew her. She touched the hearts of many with her kind and generous spirit. Her great love of music was always shared with her family, and will continue to live on in her memory.
