Janet "Lynn" Shampo

Janet Lynn “Lynn” Shampo, 55, of Laurel Maryland died, Thursday July 26, 2018.

She was born in September 6, 1962 to John Kenneth “Ken” and Margarete (Ziegler) Shampo in Takoma Park, Maryland

Lynn was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church of Laurel Maryland. She worked at the Office of Personnel Management for the Federal Government in Washington, D.C.from age nineteen until she passed away.Lynn enjoyed attending Science Fiction Conventions and spending time with the many children and young people at the church.

She is survived by her sister Nancy, her church family,whom she cherished and her beloved dogs Salem and Cassie Belle.

Lynn was preceded in death by her mother and father.
