Janet Lorraine Waters

Janet Lorraine Waters, 68, passed away on March 2, 2014 at Howard County General Hospital. She was born on March 14, 1945 to the late William and Gladys Jenkins. She grew up in Burtonsville and moved to Colesville, MD in 1966. She recently became a member of Hope Bible Church in Columbia a little over a year ago. She loved to crochet , read, and spend time with her 7 cats. She worked with her husband, Rick as a Bus Aide for pre-school and special needs children for Howard County Public Schools.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by her siblings Buster and Bitsy Jenkins, and Gladys Lapp. She is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years Rick D. Waters and loving daughters Mandy and Meghan. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in laws Ron and Jan, and Larry and Phyllis Waters and many nieces and nephews.
