On June 16, 2015 Jo Ann Black (nee Brooks) was the beloved wife of 52 years to Thomas A. Black Sr.; devoted mother of Tracy L. Black, Thomas A. Black Jr. and his wife Shelly; loving nana of Lauren and Jacob. Memorial service will be on July 2nd at 2 pm at the First Baptist Church of Savage 8901 Washington Street Savage, Maryland 20763. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to the church or Young Life.
