Joan J. Mchugh

Joan J. McHugh, a resident of Laurel, MD passed away on July 7, 2016. She was 83. She was born on January 23, 1933 to the late John and Margaret McCluskey in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Minersville High School then moved to Oxon Hill, MD. She attended church at St. Mary of the Mills and was an animal lover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband William H. McHugh in 1986. She is survived by her loving children William J. McHugh and his wife Diana Dolmo-McHugh and Margaret A. McHugh; sister Margaret Lucas and her devoted dog Ginger.
A visitation will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 from 5-8 pm at DONALDSON FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707 where funeral services will begin on Tuesday at 11 am. Burial will follow at MD Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham.
