July 10, 1953 — February 21, 2017
John L. Davis 63 years old of Laurel Maryland loss his battle with cancer on February 21, 2017. He was the beloved husband of 45 years to Sue Davis (nee Borras); devoted father of Stacie Davis Palmer and her husband Greg, Brandon Davis and his wife Grace, Melissa Davis and her husband John; devoted grandfather of Calyn, Samantha, Riley, Emerson, Teagan, Ryan, Lily, Alix and Angel; loving son of Dolores (Tootie) Breeden and the late Newton W. Davis Sr. stepson of Joan Davis-Kaye and the late Aubrey Breeden. Loving brother of Debbie, Dodie, Wendy, Gregory, Chucky, Shane, Brandie, Katrina, Peter and the late April and Newton Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Donaldson Funeral Home, PA. 313 Talbott Avenue Laurel, Maryland 20707 on Friday from 3 until 6 pm at which time a funeral service will be held. Cremation service to follow will be private.
